If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to refund your money within the first 30 days of your purchase. Simply return the unused portion for a full refund less Shipping & Handling. Products purchased over 30 days from the shipment date are not eligible for return or refund.

If you are on an auto-ship program with Jorge’s Packs, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number before mailing the product back to us to ensure your auto-ship program is cancelled. Unauthorized auto-ship returns will be subject to a 50% processing fee.

Returns should be sent back using an insured and/or traceable service.
