Do you charge sales tax?
Jorge's Packs is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California (8.75%). Orders shipped to addresses outside of California are not subject to sales tax.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No. We currently ship within the United States only.
When will I receive my order?
Orders received before 4:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Jorge’s Packs uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), which usually delivers within 3-5 days.
Can I find out my order history?
Yes. Your entire order history can be accessed by calling Jorge’s Packs Customer Service at (877) 640-7999 Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (PST). Customer service can check the status of any order, including order history.

Could there be any side effects with the prescription medications I am currently taking?
